This card was made for the My Pink Stamper Blog Hop.I got the ribbon, the back ground paper, the pink frosting paper and the blue wrapper paper from Target in the dollar spot. I used the Gypsy Wandering to cut the cupcake at 4in. I welded the hear on top.
